Statutory rights

For new goods, the seller is responsible for defects existing at delivery that become apparent within two years. Rights to repair or replacement and, where legal conditions are met, price reduction or termination remain available. The seller bears necessary costs of a justified remedy.

Handling

We acknowledge the report and inform you about assessment and remedy. Statutory time limits and mandatory rights must be observed. Normal wear or damage is not automatically a manufacturing defect; the cause must be assessed individually.

Disputes
