Withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For one order with goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Giving notice

Send a clear statement to S&L Consulting s. r. o.; Gen. Viesta 1670/34, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia. Email: info@blacksticks.eu. Sending notice before the deadline is sufficient. The form below is optional.

Returning goods

Returns address: Hodžová 2, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. Send the goods back within 14 days after giving notice. Package them safely. Original packaging is not a condition of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered within 14 days of withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no extra cost. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received.

Liability for diminished value only concerns handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Choosing a standard variant does not remove the right to withdraw.
